It is very difficult to get work done on cars that are constantly on the move in a busy Estate Agent and Letting Agent. The fact that its a similar price to conventional garages and much cheaper than a main dealer makes it nonsensical to use anyone else. I spotted a collectmywheels ad a few months back in a magazine,I looked up their website when it was time for a service and thought it looked pretty good so I decided to give them a go. Booking the work I required could not have been easier,and a collection date and time was arranged. When the guy arrived to pick my vehicle up it turned out he was John the Director of the company which was great because I got to ask him all about the service he was offering. I was kept informed all through the procedure by text and when they identified a problem with my rear discs John phoned me and we discussed this before he carried out the extra work. When John later returned my vehicle I was impressed to be handed not only the invoice and comprehensive checklist of the work carried out but also some photos of the under side of my vehicle showing where I may need some work in future( a slight oil leak and some corrosion on the exhaust) What a great idea. "I had previously taken my Mini one for a service through the main dealer and was shocked and disgusted by what they stated needed doing to my car, which would have set me back in excess of almost £650.00, from a simple check up and service I was being hit with various items of my car which got me really worried. I in turn decided to contact John and ask of his opinion before I proceeded with the works at the main dealer by which he requested he have a look at it and give his HONEST and VALUABLE opinion. We took the car to him the next day and were suprised to find that almost 75% of the works I was being quoted with the main dealer were in fact not required for almost 12 months. John carried out all the necessary works there and then with no fuss at all. He explained everything as simple as possible without all the complicated jargen a dealer would hit you with. He made sense, he did the work simply, quickly and straighforward, he also made a fantastic cup of tea and made us feel welcome and like royalty although he was on his own at the time. We felt like valued customers as soon as we entered his workshop, nothing was too much trouble for John and works were done for a more than reasonable price! John, you have received another repeat customer for your business, there is no way that I would entertain going anywhere else. Thank you very much."

The exhaust pipe was broken in such a way that it could be driven but not very far or very fast. I telephoned John on Saturday morning.
